1. Who we are
We are TCGquarter. These terms are for cards you buy from this website.
2. How buying works
We get the card after you pay. Then we check it at our Hong Kong or Japan warehouse. Then we ship it to you.
3. Prices
Prices are in US dollars (US$) and include our fee. Shipping is shown at checkout.
4. Refunds
If we cannot get the card, or the card does not match the listing, you get a full refund. We refund the way you paid.
5. Delivery
Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. Your parcel is tracked and insured.
6. Payment
You can pay by card (Airwallex) or with USDT on Tron (Settlane). USDT refunds go to a wallet in your name.
7. Problems after delivery
Tell us within 3 days if the card is delivered in the same country, or within 5 days if it is delivered overseas. We count the days from the day the card is delivered.
