What we keep

When you send a message from a card page or the Sell page, we keep:

• your name and email address,
• your message, and your offer if you made one,
• which card you asked about,
• a hashed form of your IP address. We do not keep the IP address itself. We use the hash only to stop too many messages from one place.

When you place an order

When you buy a card, we keep your name, email address, shipping address and phone number. We use them to deliver your order and for our records. We keep order details for 7 years for our accounting records.

Your payment goes to Airwallex (card) or Settlane (USDT). We never see your card number.

We send our emails with Mailtrap.

Why and for how long

We use the details from your messages only to reply to you. Only our team can see them. We keep messages and enquiries for 12 months, then delete them. Order details are kept for 7 years for our accounting records.

We do not sell your details and we do not send you advertising.

Asking us to delete your details

Email support@originstats.com, reply to any email from us, or send us a new message, and ask us to delete your details. Please use the same email address you used before, so we can find them. We delete them and tell you by email.

Light or dark mode

If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers the choice. It stays in your browser; we do not receive it.
